If you are not satisfied with your order, we are more than happy to assist with your request.
Exchanges/Returns:
- Purchases are valid for exchange within 14 working days from the shipped date, with the invoice and price tags attached on the merchandise. All items must be returned in the original condition; any items displaying wear, alteration, misuse or damage and/or missing tags will be refused.
- No refunds will be permitted on Yeezy or Jordan purchases. Only exchanges will be permitted so long as all criteria is met for exchange.
Refunds:
- Refunds will be awarded so long as the item(s) returned adhere to the aforementioned Returns Policy.
- Refunds will only be done through the original method of payment.
- Refunds will only be valid within 7 workings days from the shipped date. If a refund is requested after 7 working days, an exchange for an alternative item will be recommended.
- Once the returned item(s) are received, and meet the Returns Policy above, we will refund you as promptly as possible.
- Please note that it may take 7 working days for the refund to reflect in your bank account, dependent on your bank or payment provider.
Cancellations:
- Clients have the right to cancel an order within 24 hours of placing the order; where the client will then be refunded as per the above refund policy.
