➡ Where are your products shipped from?
    All products are shipped from Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

 

➡ Where do you ship to?

    We currently ship within the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, and Oman. If it is required to ship outside of the GCC, we will consider this on a case to case basis.

 

➡ How can I pay for my order?

    Alkon UAE currently accepts Visa, Mastercard, Tabby, and Paypal payments, where payments are made through the integrated Payment Gateway upon completion of your order.

 

➡ How long will it take me to get my order?

    For orders within the United Arab Emirates, delivery is within 1 - 3 working days. Outside of the United Arab Emirates deliveries will be between 3 - 5 working days.

 

➡ Can I cancel or change my order?

    There is a 24 - 48 hours window in which you are able to cancel or change your order; thereafter the order will already be on route to your address and as such, you will then have to go through the returns process as set out in our Returns Policy.
